REFUNDS
All online purchases need to go through our returns portal. You have the option to select a refund for all full-priced items unless they are jewellery or fragrance. When initiating your return, simply choose the refund option from the menu. This will ensure that your refund is processed back to your original payment method. You can also select credit to receive a free return label, which provides store credit in the form of a digital gift card. This credit can be conveniently used on our website for future purchases.
For items purchased on sale or discounted over 20%, the refund option is not available. Instead, you'll be prompted to select the Credit option only.
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.
EXCHANGES
Regrettably, we do not offer an exchange service at this time. However, if you've purchased a full-priced item, you have the option to request either a refund or a digital gift card for your return. With the digital gift card, you can conveniently use it towards repurchasing the desired size or garment once refunded.
