All online purchases need to go through our returns portal here. You have the option to select a refund, store credit, or exchange (exchanges are not available for NZ at this time). 

For Australian orders, a $10 return fee will be deducted when a refund is chosen. For NZ orders, this charge will be $15.

When store credit is selected, any AUS returns will enjoy free return postage. NZ orders will be subject to a $15 return fee.

For items purchased on sale or discounted over 20%, the refund option may not be available. Please kindly check the terms and conditions on the promotional code that was used.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
