Change of Address:
We'll make our best efforts to help with any address errors, but once the carrier has collected the packed order, changes are not possible. We advise trying to redirect the parcel through the Australia Post app. If that's not an option, the order will be returned to us, and upon its return, we can ship it to the correct address.
