Yes they do. Gift cards are valid for 3 years, starting from the date of purchase.
How can I check my gift voucher balance and expiry date?
You can check your KIVARI voucher balance in-store by asking a KIVARI Stylist at the counter, and by presenting your gift voucher. You’re also welcome to contact our customer care team at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help!
Do I need to have an account to use a gift card?
No! But we do recommend having a KIVARI account to keep track of all your orders.
