All online orders are hand-picked by our lovely online team and are shipped from either our USA warehouse or our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. All international orders are shipped using UPS (USA only), or DHL Express. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
NZ
- Flat rate of $25 NZD for DHL Express (orders under $200 NZD)
- All orders over $200 NZD qualify for free shipping with DHL Express.
USA
- Flat rate of $10 USD for UPS Ground service
- Flat rate of $20 USD for UPS 2 Day service
- Flat Rate of $40 USD for UPS Next Day service
- All orders over $250 qualify for free shipping with UPS Ground service.
- State and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
These taxes are required by US law and are collected at the time of purchase. There are no additional duties or import fees on delivery.
Rest of World
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

How Long Does It Take
We process and dispatch international orders as quickly as possible.
NZ orders have an estimated delivery of 1-2 business days after dispatch
USA orders have an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days after dispatch
Rest of world orders have an estimated delivery of 3-10 business days after dispatch
