Click & Collect is available at our Freshwater NSW Head Office, Mosman NSW store, and Burleigh QLD store.

Place your order online and select "Pick Up" at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, and you’ll receive a “Ready for Collection” email once it's available. Please wait for this email before collecting to avoid disappointment.

Collection Locations & Times:

• Freshwater Head Office: 2/22 Waine Street, Freshwater, NSW 2100: Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm (excluding public holidays)

• Mosman & Burleigh Boutiques: During store opening hours, which can be found here 

Remember to bring your confirmation email when collecting. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please forward them the confirmation.

Orders must be collected within 7 days. We’ll send reminders and offer postage options during this time. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Our standard online returns policy applies, with the return window starting from your collection confirmation email.
