If you're not available when your order is delivered, the courier will leave a reminder slip with their contact details and the collection address. You can also contact the courier directly and provide your tracking number to arrange a redelivery.
Alternatively, if the delivery driver deems it appropriate (or if you've authorised it), your parcel may be left in a safe location.
Please note that once an order has been successfully delivered to the nominated shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
