All online purchases need to go through our returns portal here. You have the option to select a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

For Australian orders, a $10 return fee will be deducted when a refund is chosen. For NZ orders, this charge will be $25.

When store credit is selected, any AUS returns will enjoy free return postage. NZ orders will be subject to a $20 return fee.

Our return fees are in place to cover the costs of return shipping.

For items purchased on sale or discounted over 20%, the refund option may not be available. Please kindly check the terms and conditions on the promotional code that was used.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
