To be eligible for a refund, your return must be shipped within 7 days of submitting your return request. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation once complete. Please note that your bank may require an additional 3-5 business days to finalise the transaction.
