For Australian orders, you can choose to return your items for store credit and enjoy free return postage. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping costs. This ensures your parcel remains trackable and protected in case it’s lost in transit.
For New Zealand customers, a $20 return fee applies to all store credit returns. When a refund is chosen, returns are subject to a $25 return fee.
For customers in all other countries, return shipping costs will vary depending on location. Please refer to our International Returns Policy for further details.
To qualify for a refund, your return must be shipped within 7 days of submitting your return request. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is complete. Please note, banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the funds.
Store credits will be issued via email in the form of a gift card and will remain valid for 3 years.
