For Australian orders, you have the option to return for store credit and benefit from free return postage. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, a $10 deduction will be made from your refund to cover the return costs. This ensures that your package remains trackable, and we can provide coverage for your return in case it gets lost during transit.
For New Zealand customers, a $15 return fee will be deducted for returns (both store credit and refunds).

Your item must be sent within 7 days of submitting your return to qualify for a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once the return has been received by our warehouse. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method, and you will receive notification once completed. Your bank may take 3-5 business days to process your refund. Store credits will be sent via email in the form of a gift card, and will remain valid for 3 years.
