For all customers, return shipping is at the customers expense, however for Australian orders, you have the option to return for store credit and benefit from free return postage. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, a $10 deduction will be made from your refund to cover the return costs. This ensures that your package remains trackable, and we can provide coverage for your return in case it gets lost during transit.
For New Zealand customers, we cannot offer a return label at this time, and returns shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
Your item must be sent within 7 days of submitting your return to qualify for a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once the return has been recieved by the warehouse. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method and you will receive notification once completed. Your bank may take 3-5 business days to process your refund
